Shipping policy

We deliver to the address provided by the customer within Austria, the European Union, and selected non-EU countries.

Shipping costs are calculated individually and clearly displayed during the checkout process before the order is completed.

Unless otherwise stated, delivery times are approximately:

- Austria: 2–5 business days

- EU: 4–10 business days

- Non-EU countries: 5–15 business days

Delivery times may be delayed due to customs clearance procedures.

For deliveries to countries outside the European Union, additional customs duties, import VAT, or other fees may apply.

These charges are not included in the purchase price and must be paid by the customer upon delivery.

Shipping is carried out by a provider selected by us.

For consumers, the risk of accidental loss or damage to the goods transfers only upon delivery of the goods to the customer.
